A beautiful and private location to visit the grand canyon. Although the winter nights were cold they provided extra sleeping bags upfront. Overall a very cozy place with beautiful views.

Grubby, broken electrical and plumbing fittings, tired and staff were not good at their jobs, the maintenance tech made issues worse, the front desk staff were unhelpful. A bad experience especially the switcheroo trick

The hotel itself and its location were satisfactory.
The hotel itself and its location were satisfactory. However, I encountered issues with the professionalism of the front desk staff, as well as discrepancies between the room I booked and the one provided. Additionally, I was surprised by unexpected charges that exceeded my initial expectations.

Location to Grand Canyon South Entrance was great.
Location to Grand Canyon South Entrance was great. Odd having 2 bathrooms for 4 people but no seating area for kitchen. Fine for short stay but would have been more difficult for a longer stay. Nice that there was a small town on way to Grand Canyon but best to get supplies in Flagstaff if going to stay longer.

The location was a reasonable proximity to the grand canyon, but there was nothing else that would encourage me to stay here again. The restaurant was closed, the room had an off-putting smell, the sink leaked and there was no cold water in the tap line, the shower faucet was almost falling off, the toilet ran most of the night, the mattresses were terrible, and it was incredibly loud.

Do not stay there!!!!! No Wi-Fi, filth and broken objects. Stairs leading up to second floor are full of hair and indescribable objects. Nasty!!!!!!! Our tv did not work and the fire detector was outside broken.

The road to the property is horrible, but the homes themselves for the price and what our family needed were perfect. Basic groceries once we got there, I would recommend grabbing in another town as prices are CRAZY with and close to the Grand Canyon.
The commute to visit the park was so easy, and better than an expensive hotel with less amenities and hearing all the neighbors in a hotel is a hard pass for us! This tiny home met our needs
We stayed for 1 night with our teendaughter and looked forward to stargazing, which we did!! We had a clear sky and a tiny moon, so lots of (falling) stars! The check in was flawless with a very nice host, we bought lasagnas and salads in Tusayan to eat at the campsitetables and sat by our tent to watch the georgeous sunset and sunrise. The beds were supercomfy and mid July it wasn’t cold at night. After reading the reviews about the bathrooms we didn’t expect much, but we thought they were NOT bad at all!
Close to Grand Canyon National Park. Home was very well maintained. All basic amenities for a comfortable stay were provied. The full size kitchen was nice. The weather was cold during our stay. Heating and Hot Water worked well. There was prompt communication from the hosts from the initial booking to the completion of way. Information was timely provided. Responses were quick when we needed support. Definelty recommend to anyone looking for comfortable stay near Grand Canyon National Park.
It was a very nice quiet stay. We had breakfast and spent the day in Grand Canyon. Came back and had a very tasty and well-served supper at the restaurant. The waitresses were very polite and treated us (especially our grandson very nice). The staff was very polite and when we explained that I was impaired to be able to walk up stairs they immediately placed us on a first floor room.
We will certainly recommend your hotel to our family and friends.
Tent and furnishing were nice. Bed was comfortable. We stayed warm without heater at upper 40s degrees. 40 degrees and would need heater. Night sky and location was awesome. Comfortable rustic. Moon was out and could see trail without light but bring a flash light. We didn't try to cook. Cool experience and price was half of regular hotel with regular experience in Tusayan village. Got to try it if like general camping experience.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff (although you don't meet anyone) is friendly and helpful and provide all information as promised. The bathroom is a bit outdated but the shower is good. For an affordable night close to Grand Canyon NP, this is a good place to go!
the location was close to Grand Canyon, easy check in, lots of parking space and comfy beds! showers were pretty small but still functional! there is a fridge and microwave in the room which was nice. would recommend if just staying the night to get to Grand Canyon :)
Perfect little sleep spot outside of the Grand Canyon tourist noise. If you just want a clean, cool, place to sleep that won’t break your bank and you don’t require every hotel amenities, this is the perfect little rental.
The tent itself is really great. There were four of us staying. Both the bed and the sofa in the tent are comfortable.
The place is near the Grand Canyon, we drove about 40 minutes by car to the southern entrance.
Just about perfect stay near Grand Canyon .
Stylish , functional, with everything you need for a few days or a week .
No comparison with hotels anywhere near
Perfect !
Thank you !!!
We liked the proximity to Grand Canyon National Park. It was easy to find and access, we cooked a small dinner there which was made easy by what was available for cooking.
