Host Mary was so very kind, helpful with recommendations and gifts. cannot say enough good things about her and the flat. Mary made our stay so much better than expected. the flat was in a quiet yet central location, near some excellent restaurants. it was very clean and Mary provided everything for a memorable stay. definitely recommend and would go again.

Location was great! Quiet place in packed Venice, a true Venice experience for us when we open window, then one sees water below you and local boats passing you by.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location, and staff was very helpful and personable. Loved the French doors opening out to view of the canal and the blue tooth speaker for playing music. Very nice decor, good A/C. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Two great points about the location: There is a grocery store less than 100 meters away. And we were able to get a water taxi up our canal from the airport right to the apartment. No walking and dragging luggage through Venice. The staff arranged another pickup for our departure.

The apartment was quite spacious & clean even had all toiletries set up in bathroom,very central next to San marco square Nicola was very helpful & met us at our stop to bring us to the apartment very friendly I would highly recommend this apartment it is nicer than the photos & I will definitely stay here again thank you Nicola😀

The owner was so lovely, very welcoming and nice lady. location was sensational. the terrace balcony is a perfect way to end the day watching the sunset. clean and modern interior and bathroom

As we were looking to stay close to Arsenale the location was great! Apartment super clean, basic equipment but all what you need. And as in Venice is always hard to find a dry and warm stay - this apartment had both!

it’s a sailing boat, so have your expectations accordingly, clean and convenient has good facilities at marina and great morning coffee wagon, make sure to book 11am trip with the captain worth it especially when you are staying in the boat
