Excellent location, warm-homey feel with extremely nice and gracious hosts! From the minute we checked in the hosts made us feel right at home. The gentleman that checked us in gave us a run down of the city and some recommendations. The place itself was a bit different at first, as it seems like a big flat that was converted into a small boutique style hotel. This adds to the charm though, with warm decor, a kitchen with free drinks, ice cream, tea, coffee, and a dining area that can also be used to work. Several metro and bus stops are only 2-3 minutes away, and everything is flat and very walkable. There a tons of bars and eateries near by, and this place was just at the center of it all! Lastly, I just wanted to thank the staff for allowing us to check out a little later, and to hang out in the dining area as we worked and killed a few hours before taking a high speed train. Again, everyone was more than helpful and kind to us and we couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone who asks. When back in Barcelona, we will love to stay here again. Thank you Conica!

We loved our room, it was very cosy and clean. The staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Late check-in was no problem. The location is excellent, close to transports, many restaurants nearby and within walking distance to many central attractions. We didn't miss anything during our stay and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful historic building with a secret roof-top garden. Very elegantly furnished rooms, great shower, comfortable bed. There's an excellent common area for the guests to make coffee, tea, with local sweet pastries as a compliment. My little girl loved the marshmallow and the gummies. :) There is a superb breakfast with great variety. The staff is super nice and helpful. The location is excellent. 10 mins walk to the Aquarium or to the zoo, close to the Ramblas, and it's next to the gothic quarter with its zig-zag little streets busting with life and nice little shops. Absolutely recommend it!

Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed the cheesecake and fizz the hotel provided for my husband’s birthday. Great location only a few minutes walk to Casa Battlo and Sagrada Familia.

It is a really large B and B on a whole floor of a beautiful building down a quiet street in Barcelona. Great location as just a short walk to main part of Barcelona. We had a room with a terrace. It was a large room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was great. The place is decorated so beautifully and Theodora the owner gave us lots of helpful information when we arrived.

Great location and rooms we had were nice and quiet even though we were in the city centre. Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean, and air conditioning worked well. Nice to have a bit of private outside space too. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Other than a small issue of not enough hot water on the first night, we enjoyed our stay, as the place was quiet and private, and we hardly saw anyone else. Not the place for you if you like to be sociable with other guests, but great for those who value privacy. Communication was good - replies were instant and requests were met. Cute little terrace. A fun stay.

Facing La Rambla could be a bit noisy but this accomodation is in a secondary street in a quiet place. Double rooms with private bathroom with all facilities you need. They clean rooms everyday.
