There were notes in some reviews about the noise from the street...if you close the balcony door, noise is not an issue at all, soundproof is good, we slept very well! We liked the room and the bathroom, super clean, spacious, beds and pillows are very comfortable. Special thanks to the stuff! They all are great!!! Very nice and friendly people, always ready to help, making your stay unforgettable. The breakfast is also very good.

I love love loved this place! I was in the area a day before my scheduled booking and I had asked Gianluca if I could leave luggage and he was very helpful in giving me instructions so that I could do so. He was also very responsive and was easy to talk to. When I finally checked in, my luggage was already in the room. Gianluca also provided some suggestions on where to go for dinner and places to check out - very thoughtful! The place itself was wonderful! Very clean, and I loved the marble bathroom.

The staff is friendly and give you good tips to visit the city. Finally, if you don't want to stay out at night in Naples, there is a bar at the hostel with cheap prices and a great outside terrace. You can also eat there for 5€.

Good shuttle service- not expensive, on the way back we took public transportation (walking to Metro station-Universita, to Garibaldi the main station- by metro/ by foot 2 km., then Alibus to airport).
