Fabulous location, ample parking and a room that exceeded expectations. We were greeted by a friendly and informative receptionist. The room felt like an oasis after a dusty hot walk in the nearby Pismo Preserve. The open, airy light filled rooms and surroundings were unexpected. Wonderful to have so many areas in which to be able to relax and take in the sea views. The private cove was a wonderful surprise. Breakfast was an added bonus - lots of options and good coffee too. I felt we had uncovered a real gem.

It appears to be a cute beach town. The dunes were just down the street. You can take an ATV out on the beach. Grover Beach is a bit more out of the way from the hussle, bussle of Pismo Beach which we prefer.

Grover Beach is a beautiful place. It has lot of shopping and restaurant options. Sam’s Pizza on West Grand Ave is absolutely delicious and Sam is a super nice guy. There is an outlet center just off the Grover Beach exit. It’s easy on and easy off. It’s close to Pismo and Morrow Bay beaches. We have been vacationing in Grover Beach for years and I can’t recommend it more.Carson - 8.0Scored 8.0

for the dog lovers this is an ideal spot, they are pretty accommodating, fun to see the different dogs during my stay as they were ALL well behaved and trained - if not really a dog person may want to think about staying here; also good place for that weekend warriors as the, location is ideal for leisure drives and or strolls.

Everything you need can be found along Grand street. Dollar Tree, Starbuck, Dutch bros, fast food and lots of Mexican spots to eat. Very close to Pismo and all the things to do in Pismo. This is an older building. 1970’s. It was perfect for us as we wanted the beach, only 5 blocks away. Friendly town, good local food nearby. The staff was very helpful, I needed an extra towel and blanket and it was received immediately. I was impressed by the cleanliness. I would definitely stay there again.

Plus it was in a quiet location compared to my previous stays in Pismo. The bed was amazing and comfortable. The staff were very nice even called me when I didn’t request to have maid service to make sure my room did or did’nt need attention. I was traveling for a dog rescue fundraiser and I was very happy to find a place that accepted my 3 medium size dogs and were fellow dog lovers themselves. The best part was the owners/managers, they were so accommodating, pleasant and nice…they made sure we were happy with our stay. I asked for the second level because I’m a light sleeper and they gave us exactly that. The room was large and spacious. Comfortable bed and a good place to lay our head and very affordable compared to all the other hotels close by.
