Close to great restaurants, coffee shops, tapas places and the fabulous San Miguel Market. Room was great- had a safe and a small fridge, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.

The location is so close to the metro station, there is a supermarket nearby and the street of the hotel is so safe even in the night.

Right in the heart of Madrid, situated within a short distance of Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel, Authentic Madrid Experience -Plaza Mayor 7min walk - Spectacular view - Champagne offers free... Underground carpark only 3mins walk down the road. Completely central, located in the middle of the tapas bars area. Accommodated my dog and provided water and chocolates and a small bottle of cava. Coffee from the nespresso machine was delicious, as were the Moroccan teas provided. Wifi. Everything you could need! Highly recommend.

Excellent location, right in the city center. Very easy to get there from the airport by using the subway. There are lots of shops and restaurants with excellent food just downstairs. The apartment is just renovated, everything is brand new and clean. Nice views, and, even if it is in the city center, there is no noise if you close the door. Hosts have been very nice, we found complimentary water, prosecco and sweets, which was a pretty nice gesture. They have digital locks. Very detailed instructions on how to get there and how to access the apartment were sent days before arrival, so the whole process was extremely easy. We have arrived late and we could enter the property right away, without having to wait for anyone.
