Situated in the heart of Japantown, Kimpton Enso Hotel features spacious accommodations and an on-site restaurant and bar. I like the staff, who are all very nice and friendly. They always converse with me, making me feel warm and welcome. They are willing to help and support everything they can during my stay. The second thing I like is the location. As you may know, it's very dangerous in San Francisco. Many places are full of homeless, and I feel so scared, but the location of this hotel is very safe and peaceful you can walk on the street at night and park your car safely. Anyway, the hotel provides a very, very safe parking lot for you too. Another thing is the cleanliness of the room. The room is very clean and the housekeeper makes it clean every day. The last thing is the comfortable bed I can sleep well and good rest in the bed.

Located in San Francisco’s Japantown, this elegant hotel is connected to the Nihonmachi Mall and blends Eastern and Western design. It features on-site dining and an indoor garden with a fishpond. I stayed in the loft suite with 2 double beds with family and all I can say is wow!! From the moment you are greeted by the staff to the moment you enter your room is such a wonderful experience. The room was HUGE! as was the bathroom. The amenities were excellent and the decor was stunning. I had researched a lot of hotels in SF and am so glad I settled on this one as it exceeded my expectations. Stay here if you want to be spoilt and know that your money has been well spent!!
