Perfectly located clean hostel in the center of San Francisco. Everything including the restrooms was clean, staff was friendly and parking was included. The morning breakfast in the form of PB & J, eggs, oatmeal, and coffee was tasty and there was enough for everyone. The kitchen was spacy, with big refrigerators and multiple sinks available.

Excellent balance of quality and price. Love that beds are closed by frame with reading lamp and sockets inside. Sort of micro room feeling - best choice if you want to feel more privacy. Amazing staff- friendly and responsive.

Amazing hostel! They have everything for your comfort! Friendly staff, free tea, coffee and fruits, well-decorated corridors, good music in common areas, clean bathrooms, curtains on your bed, small shelfs, sockets and usb inside the bunk! Loved it so much! Thank you!

Dels millors hostals on he estat mai, si no el millor! Excel·lent ubicació (molt cèntric, barri segur i ple de negocis i restaurants), al costat de Chinatown, i pots anar a peu (20min) fins al centre o fins a Fisherman. També molt ben comunicat amb transport públic amb a la resta de barris o punts de la ciutat.  Vaig estar en una habitació femenina de 4-5 persones, excel·lent, molt bon ambient i respecte i tranquilitat.  Hi ha varis restrooms i dutxes, mai has de fer cua.  Hostal gran però amb opció d'una estada molt tranquila si la desitges. Instal·lacions molt bones, amb una sala comuna molt àmplia i molt agradable, on es respira tranquiltat i sempre hi ha bona música de fons. Cuina també gran. L'hostal organitza activitats diàries fora de l'hostal als vespres per qui vulgui socialitzar.  Hi ha cartells per tot l'allotjament amb tota la informació sobre la ciutat que puguis necessitar. I sinó l'staff també et pot ajudar. També ofereixen l'opció de contractar tours a preus més econòmics que si el contractes des de fora.  Esmorzar inclòs molt correcte, amb opció de fer-te ous remenats si vols. Cafè i te/infusions gratuïts disponible 24h.  Excel·lent opció!! Sens dubte repetiria si torno a San Francisco. PD: si us agrada el jazz, no us perdeu la sala de concerts que hi ha a sota. Increïble concert!

first of all was greeted by the owner, who was so lovely, made me feel very welcome, advised on how to best spend my few days in san francisco, gave me map, advise what to do and where not to go. The room was very clean, quiet and felt warm (in a good way). shared bathroom and toilet were very clean and not too many people sharing with. The hotel was 10 min walk to Union square and just slightly more to the closest train station (there direct train to the airport) so very easy commute.
