First time staying in this hotel and couldn't fault it at all - staff on the front desk were lovely, friendly and professional, room was perfect, restaurant and rooftop terrace were really good, and it wasn't as crazy price-wise as many others in the area. The location was perfect for Bank and St Pauls, I'd definitely recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

I can't fault anything. We were very much looked after the moment we checked in until we checked out. Friendliness and great staff are second to none.

The hotel was once visited by the likes of Sir Winston Churchill, Frank Sinatra and Katherine Hepburn. It’s in the central part for food & shopping. The Housekeeping was spectacular, very 5-Star. They go an extra mile to fold all those clothings you just lay around the room. Everything is in place. I like the different kind of balm they place on my bed every night. I used it up 😊
