Located in Stari Grad, 200 metres from Hotel Beach, Valamar Amicor Green Resort provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. My family had an incredibly joyful week here. The initial impression of the resort was environmentally friendly, exceptionally clean, and the staff were extremely kind. My family stayed in the Family Suite - Terrace. The indoor space was spacious and comfortable for three people. The small playgrounds scattered throughout the resort, the swimming pool, and the beach a 5-minute walk away were all incredibly beautiful and clean. My family spent most of our time at the beach. The buffet-style breakfast and dinner were satisfying with a variety of fresh foods. The recommendations for grilled fish and local wine for dinner were also excellent. And when my dog accompanied me to the restaurant, they always brought clean water. Thank you. The sight of staff lighting candles on a cake and singing together for a child or an adult celebrating their birthday was familial and memorable. I would gladly recommend this resort for my friends. If you want to escape from the routine and seek relaxation, set off on a journey to this place.

Hvar Island is gorgeous and although Stari Grad is not as glitzy as Hvar town it remains a beautiful location - short walk along the promenade from the hotel. Food was excellent and the menu pricing was reasonable which meant the credit system for the half board worked really well. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Our room with the two bedrooms had sufficient space and the beds were excellent. The pool area was a real winner and the kids absolutely loved it - real relaxing environment.

Really lovely hosts and nice peaceful place to stay. The studio room had basic cooking facilities and a nice sunny balcony with views over the garden and mountains. It was super clean and very reasonably priced. Jelsa is a great central location for exploring Hvar island, plus the town (quick easy walk from the apartment) is very chilled with good restaurants. Our hosts recommended some really excellent places to eat and visit. We will be back for sure and highly recommend staying at Dobrila!

Turn Hvar into a SportHotel, bec there is no such one in Hvar island. You really have a lovely facilitations already! There are 4 tenniscourts, nyt only 2 in use. There would ne fantastic place for soccer, beachvolley, healthy food, social sports, group fitness, yoga, silent meditation walks etc.

Perfect location, superb views from our apartment to pine trees, nice little beach nearby, great bar for lunch in afternoon, walkable distance to beautiful village Jelsa on great promenade with sea views. You are in nature, - watching sea, ships, and trees. Facilities are basic and very simple , but enough, to stay for really reasonable price in Hvar island. We were more than happy that we had luck to stay in first line apartment with terrace.

I was very pleasantly surprised that the apartment looks much better than in the photos. Our apartment was on the top floor with two balconies, one of which had a great view of the sea. One of the best impressions about Hvar island is definitely the Lazaneo Apartment just across the rocky beach, 5 minute walk to the beach bar, and in the middle of the path that connects Jelsa and Vrboska. Staff was absolutely amazing, they were caring, attencious and sincere. The hotel itself is a gem, its an older hotel but delivers a lot for its two stars. A lot of croatian families were there, atmosphere was very nice and cool. It is not a five star hotel or pretends to be it, but serves good food and lodgind for a fair price in a very nice location. So I have to reccomend it!
