Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel apresenta uma piscina exterior, centro de fitness, um jardim e salão partilhado em Lagoi. It was a wonderful experience. The cabin was clean and was tastefull and gave a ships experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and diner were of good quality and the staff made us feel special, and went out of their way to see to it that we had a great time. The ship has a long history and is well presevered. The fact you can still see the engineroom and walk down the tunnelshaft made it special. When walking the deck past the life boats and standing on the bow gives it a real shipsfeeling. The swimming pool next to the ocean adds to the experience, especially at sunset. We are happy we got to visit the Doulos Phos and reocmmend this unique experience.

We’ve stayed big resort with much higher rate but the every stanard and management style didn’t meet international standard. This place takes very good attention to service and quality details compared to other hotels in batam and bintan. Staffs are nice too.

The staff was exceptional, very attentive and super nice from the moment we arrived! Let us change the room to a better one easily, and always greeted us with a smile! Great post-stay help from the manager Icon, who went all out to make sure little transport hiccup was solved immediately!
